Commercial Truck Equipment Joins Miller Electric Work Truck Upfitter Network
New upfitter status strengthens commercial’s ability to integrate miller work truck power systems into vocational truck builds across canada
DELTA, BC – July 22, 2026 – Commercial Truck Equipment Co. has joined Miller Electric Mfg’s Work Truck Upfitter Network, strengthening Commercial’s ability to supply, install, and support Miller work truck power systems as part of complete vocational truck packages for customers across Canada.
Through its new upfitter status, Commercial will have direct access to Miller work truck products, including integrated systems such as EnPak® and HDI™ Air Pak™, for use in customer work truck applications. This will help improve product access, support more efficient build planning, and give customers a more streamlined path for specifying Miller systems as part of a complete Commercial work truck package.
The addition of Miller’s work truck power systems further supports Commercial’s long-standing focus on integrated vocational truck solutions. Across industries such as utility, construction, resource extraction, rail, municipal, towing, and heavy equipment service, customers increasingly rely on work trucks that bring together bodies, cranes, welders, compressors, hydraulics, storage, power systems, and safety equipment into a single, purpose-built package.
“Joining Miller’s Work Truck Upfitter Network is great news for our customers,” said Steve Tatone, President of the Commercial Group of Companies. “It gives us stronger access to Miller work truck systems, helps us plan builds more efficiently, and supports the kind of complete, integrated truck packages our customers count on us to deliver,” he added.
As part of the Work Truck Upfitter Network, Commercial will support Miller work truck products through proper specification, installation, product registration, customer support, and coordination with Miller on product and after-sales inquiries. This aligns closely with Commercial’s full-service approach, supporting customers from initial specification through production, delivery, parts, service, and long-term fleet support.
Commercial Truck Equipment has served Canadian customers for more than 75 years and continues to grow its national branch network, in-house technical expertise, and production capacity. With locations across Canada supporting truck equipment, hydraulics, cranes, utility equipment, refuse, towing, snow and ice, service bodies, and vocational upfitting, Commercial is well positioned to help customers build and maintain trucks for demanding field applications.
For customers, this means improved access to Miller work truck power systems, more consistent integration into Commercial-built truck packages, and the confidence of working with a national team that understands the real-world operating demands of service, utility, municipal, industrial, and heavy equipment fleets.
