Seven Commercial Truck Equipment Branch Locations now offer Factory-Authorized Service for all WARN Industries Winches and Hoists.
DELTA, BC – January 22, 2026 – Further demonstrating its industry-leading service and support capabilities, Commercial Truck Equipment is pleased to announce it has been appointed a Factory-Authorized Service Centre for WARN Industries products.
With this appointment, seven Commercial Truck Equipment branch locations across Canada are now authorized to provide inspection, maintenance, repair, and warranty service for WARN Industries winches and hoists, ensuring customers receive factory-approved service from trained technicians using genuine WARN parts.
This appointment reflects Commercial’s long-standing commitment to supporting customers well beyond the point of sale. As Canada’s largest and most diversified work truck and equipment supplier, Commercial continues to invest in specialized training, tooling, and service infrastructure to keep customers productive and equipment operating safely in demanding environments.
“Commercial has been an authorized WARN dealer for many years, and our customers rely on their products for the most important and demanding applications across the country every day,” said Morgan MacKay, General Manager of Commercial Truck Equipment. “Outside of work, I’m one of those customers myself for recreational use, and I’ve always been a huge fan of the entire product line across the industrial, commercial, recreational, and first responder applications. With nearly a hundred of our highly skilled technicians across the country, taking on factory-authorized service for WARN was a perfect fit for us, lowering service and repair time, and making for an even smoother and more integrated process for customers,” he added.
WARN Industries is globally recognized for its leadership in winch and hoist design, engineering, and manufacturing, serving applications across utility, construction, recovery, industrial, and off-road markets. By authorizing Commercial Truck Equipment as a service partner, WARN customers gain improved access to certified service support across key Canadian regions.
“The Canadian market is extremely important to us for truck and SUV applications, powersports, and of course, industrial and utility” said Ron Jackson, Director of Customer Service for The WARN Group. “When we were looking for a partner to improve access to support for Canadian customers, Commercial was the clear choice. Given their long history of service excellence, familiarity with our products as an Authorized Dealer, and unmatched footprint across the country, we’re thrilled to have them supporting WARN” he added.
Factory-authorized diagnostics, warranty repairs, and maintenance are now available across Commercial’s branch network. Customers can find contact information and service centre locations at ComTruck.ca.
