Power Take Offs (PTO’s)

Parker offers Chelsea Power take-off (PTO) systems for auxiliary power functions in many styles and output shafts for a wide range of transmissions. Parker Chelsea PTO systems mount to Ford, Allison, Caterpillar and other transmissions and come in mechanical or power shift styles in a variety of gear types and pitches, speed ratios and output shafts.

Commercial is also an authorized dealer for Viatec’s SmartPTO systems. Viatec’s Smart PTO is the world’s first fully electric, universal power takeoff unit that eliminates jobsite idling for work and vocational trucks. This breakthrough solution powers all hydraulic functions of a work truck including outriggers, aerial devices, cranes, hydraulic tools, and more while also providing power for auxiliary chassis accessories like lighting and optional in-cab HVAC without a running engine. A standard configuration is sized to supply power for a full workday, but higher capacity batteries are available, and switching to a transmission-driven PTO is seamless.
